Vilmore Santiago

Vilmore Santiago is the Area Supervisor for McDonald's of Guam. In this role, he oversees and manages the restaurant and warehouse operations for 3 McDonald's restaurants on Guam. He leads his team with a customer-focused mindset, assists restaurants in achieving restaurant operations excellence and helps in the deployment of programs and new restaurant initiatives throughout the organization.

 

Vilmore joined McDonald’s in 1996 as a Crew Member and has worked his way up to becoming a General Manager. In 2016, he remained with McDonald's of Guam during the Ayuyu's acquisition of the McDonald's of Guam restaurants. He leads his team with positivity, motivation and a focus on operations excellence. In 2023, Vilmore was promoted to Area Supervisor.
