Joe Erra Ayuyu Jr. is the Vice President for McDonald's of Guam and Saipan and Owner of McDonald's of Yigo. Under his leadership, he oversees the operations of 8 McDonald’s restaurants and over 450 employees. He is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business: Economics in 2014 and a graduate of McDonald’s Hamburger University in 2016 and he is one of the 2019 Guam Business Journal’s 40 Most Influential Young Business Persons ender 40. Joe has 7 years of experience learning from the ground up the family’s business of McDonald’s restaurants… working all the different stations in the restaurant kitchen and holding managerial roles of shift manager, General Manager, and Area Supervisor. In August of 2019, Joe was reassigned to Guam to supervise McDonald’s of Yigo and at the same time shadow his father in running the company. Joe is no stranger to the community. He served as Vice Chairman for the Saipan Zoning Board in 2019 and twice-Chairman for the CNMI Liberation Day Committee in 2019 and 2018. He is a 2016 Graduate of the Pacific Century Fellows-Marianas Chapter and represented the CNMI in the 2015 South Pacific Games as part of the National Va'a Canoeing Team.
