Maria Socorro Yandoc

Maria Socorro Yandoc is the Area Supervisor for 4 restaurants within McDonald’s of Guam and Saipan. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the overall restaurant operations, providing support to achieve restaurant operations excellence and assists in the execution of new restaurant deployments and initiatives.

 

Socorro started her career with McDonald’s in 2008 as a Crew Member and quickly rose through the management ranks. In October 2018, she graduated from McDonald’s Hamburger University in Chicago, Illinois. That same year, she was instrumental in the successful grand opening of McDonald’s of Yigo, the organization’s first EOTF restaurant.

 

On May 1, 2021, she was promoted to General Manager for McDonald's of Tamuning and was later reassigned to lead the McDonald's of Agana restaurant. In January 2024, she was promoted to Area Supervisor.
